We have just received notification that we have been successful in our first Grant Application - a huge thanks to Alastair Jack from CVG who applied for £60,000 at the back end of 2024 and we can now acknowledge we have been Funded by Stroupster Wind Farm Community Fund, administered by Foundation Scotland.
We are a group of individuals who have come together under the John O Groats Development Trust to improve the Playpark by the JoG FC Football Pitch in Memory of our friend Julie McGee
The First Goal is to reach £376,000 (+VAT) for the initial playpark development at John O Groats
We have been raising funds for just over 3 years now and have over £111,000 in the bank and have an additional £60,000 Funded by Stroupster Wind Farm Community Fund, administered by Foundation Scotland taking our running total to £171,000
